Raised in Griffith and residing in Highland for 25 years, Scott's roots run deep through Lake County. A proud union member for over 36 years, he has dedicated his career to the advancement of workers' rights, serving as Vice President of UAW Local 551 and co-founding the anti-corruption caucus known as Unite All Workers for Democracy. Scott and his wife Vicky have six children, two of whom are adopted, and 13 grandchildren. Scott is fighting to make the Hoosier State a great place to live for generations to come, and he'll bring this same focus to the Indiana Statehouse representing Senate District 1.
